  3. Click on the Download button on this page.

  4. Click the downloaded file and extract the file. Make a note of the folder location in the self-extractor screen. This is where the files will be extracted.

  5. Click Start, select Settings, select Control Panel, and then select Printers.t

      Windows 8, and Windows 8.1:
      ttGo to the bottom left of the screen, right click, select Control Panel, then under Hardware and Sound select View devices and Printers.

  6. Click Add (a) printer.t

      Windows 7 only: Select Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer.

  7. Click The printer that I want isn't listed.

  8. Click Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname.

  10. For Device Type: select TCP/IP Device.

  11. Type the Hostname or IP address for the printer. See the user guide to obtain the Hostname or IP address.

  12. Uncheck Query the printer and automatically select the driver to use.
