Firmware update process:
- The HP LaserJet P2030 series Firmware Update Utility can be run when connected via USB or network port (network port only available on P2035n). Do not use the parallel port connection for the update (Parallel port only available on P2035).
- The HP LaserJet P2030 series software must be installed prior to using this firmware update utility and you must be able to print to the printer.
- The HP LaserJet P2030 series printer must be in a READY state. The "Ready" light must be on before beginning the firmware update, and remain powered on during the entire firmware update process.
