Installation order:
1. Firmware
2. HP Internal PrintServer (IPS)
3. Print Care patch (IPS needs to be closed when upgrading PrC)
4. HP Info retriever

How to update Print Care

IMPORTANT: The previous Print Care version must be 2.2.4.2. If not, please contact your HP representative support.

1. Close the IPS and Print Care applications before proceeding with the Print Care upgrade.
2. Download the files PrintCare_MaintenanceFix_100_OnlyFor_2.2.4.2_Update.exe to the computer’s hard disk.
3. Run the file PrintCare_MaintenanceFix_100_OnlyFor_2.2.4.2_Update.exe
