How to update Print Care

IMPORTANT: The previous Print Care version must be 2.2.3.1. If not, please contact your HP representative support to provide a new iso image for the IPS PC in order to have minimum functionality and continue with the upgrade.

1. Close the IPS and Print Care applications before proceeding with the Print Care upgrade.
2. Download the files PrintCare_MaintenanceFix_OnlyFor_2.2.4.2_Update.exe to the computer’s hard disk.
3. Run the file PrintCare_MaintenanceFix_OnlyFor_2.2.4.2_Update.exe
