This patch fixes an error with certain hp all-in-one devices when loaded on the same system as certain hp scanjet scanners. The error only occurs after an hp scanjet scanner that uses hp photo and imaging v2.1 software has been installed on the same PC as an hp psc or hp officejet all-in-one device that uses hp photo and imaging v2.0. If you aren't getting a communication error when trying to use your hp all-in-one then you will not need to install this update. |
