  • Warming-up - Under certain circumstances when the all-in-one will display "warming up" indefinitely after pressing one of the "Copy" or "Scan" buttons.
  • Printing Issues - After installing print cartridges, some all-in-one's may reject one or both print cartridges or require up to five minutes to complete printing of an alignment page. Click here for additional information.
  • USB Boot-up - After installing the HP all-in-one software, the computer stops responding during start up when the all-in-one is connected and turned on. The computer will start correctly if the HP all-in-one is not connected or is turned off. Click here for additional information.
