This is a firmware upgrade for HP Officejet 9100 All-in-one series To check the version of your current printer firmware, use either one of the following options: Toolbox 1. Click Start; select All Programs> HP> HP Officejet 9100 Series > HP Officejet 9100 Series Toolbox. 2. On the Information tab, click Printer Hardware.
