HOW TO USE:
- Download the SoftPaq to a temporary, empty directory on your hard drive. The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq number above.
- The BIOS/ROM image file must be used with Remote Management Software in order to actually flash (upgrade) the ROM image on one of the affected Armada notebooks.
- When used with Compaq Software Support Manager (SSM), copy the SoftPaq to the file store.
- When used with WINFLASH, run the SoftPaq to get the .cab file.
- Fixes problem where CPU speed slowed down after Suspend/Resume.
- Fixes Windows 98 lockup on S4 resume.
- Fixes Windows 2000 lockup during startup when USB CD Writer from HP was attached.
